Slavica Farkaš Šimeg brings freshness and creativity to the world of design. She began her journey at the School of Applied Arts and Design in Pula, and continued at the Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb, where she obtained a master's degree in design. After graduation, she honed her skills at Školska knjiga d.o.o., where she worked on various projects, from designing for a web shop to creating covers and layouts for books. Additionally, as a freelance designer, she contributed to the creation of innovative displays for the Museum of Senses in Split and brought vibrancy to the picture books "Pričalica."
Today, through her business Pixing, Slavica creates educational board games that inspire and educate children and their mentors. Her products, available in the web shop and specialized stores, bring joy and learning in a fun way. At the Design Week festival, Slavica presents her latest projects and ideas that will delight and inspire you.
Čiri-biri fairy tale is a fun and educational social storytelling game that takes you into a world of imagination, where you can create your own fairy tales as heroes with superpowers. This game provides freedom and encourages creativity and development as you solve various challenges and learn valuable moral lessons.
Through the game, children develop verbal and emotional skills, using imagination and creativity to enhance their speech and language abilities. Instead of competition, the goal is to collaboratively shape and tell unique fairy tales that are different each time.
Čiri-biri fairy tale is also a useful tool for working with children, used by teachers, psychologists, speech therapists, and child development specialists. Parents can discover their child's needs and problems through play and gently support and guide them. This game offers a healthy alternative to excessive screen time, supporting active participation in children's growth. The game's author designed and illustrated every detail, bringing magic to each adventure.
