Create a unique composition for your home.
The development of the idea was prompted by the need for a flexible product that addresses the problem of today's era — the era of planned obsolescence due to the constant desire for the new. Adaptive characteristics, ease of handling, and the possibility of modification allow for the creation of free arrangements according to current needs, with the aim of providing satisfaction to the user who desires change. The concept of new functional and aesthetic value seeks to offer a solution in the form of a longer product lifespan.
The inspiration from the impressive design of the Paimio chair by Alvar Aalto was significant, primarily due to the consideration of purpose, but also in the selection of form, materials, and technology.
All parts of the collection can function in a group or separately, and different compositions can be created according to needs; smaller and larger sofas, corner sets, or seating in a row.
The observed need for "within reach" side tables significantly influenced the development of the idea. Monolithic multifunctional wooden elements allow for diverse options for organizing space. These elements — connectors, serve the functions of armrests, legs, side tables, and shelves.
Basic geometric, clear, and neutral forms with flowing lines create a gentle dynamism. Visually neutral forms of seating and discreetly sculptural forms of solid wood strive for a harmonious balance that does not burden the space.
Jasna Faginović, graduated in 2010 with a degree in product design from the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Sarajevo.
She has participated in several international competitions in product design, both as part of a team and independently. She has won first place twice for furniture design — at the AABH/Interio competition in 2020 and the EU4Business competition in 2022.
In her work, she strives to approach the product creation process responsibly, questioning primarily the reason for their creation through research into needs. She employs simple, unobtrusive forms that emphasize function while clearly expressing the idea through an aesthetic language. With a careful and rational approach to design, she aims to create products that are functional and harmonious.
