Social media campaign, for a job at Boogie Lab.

Project

The beginning of the year at Boogie Lab was marked by three new steps in business development — a new bakery facility and a second Boogie Lab in Zagreb, expansion into the American market, and the opening of Boogie Lab USA. Suddenly, there was a need for over a hundred new employees to be found through advertisements. They were looking for talented, enthusiastic, and professional individuals who would fit into the existing team.

About ten short, dynamic videos were created, one for each position being sought. Each video starts with a distinctive call to action and ends with an email address for applications. The videos were posted on Boogie Lab's social media pages, and the campaign was further supported by billboards throughout Zagreb with the striking text: "We're gathering a team for Pakoštane, Zagreb, and New York."

The campaign achieved fantastic results. On the very first day, over a hundred interested applicants applied, and by the end of the campaign, more than a thousand applications were received. All positions were soon filled with individuals who share the Boogie work philosophy, and applications continued to arrive for months after the advertisements ended.

Author

Karlo Jelić kreativni je direktor Boogie Laba i osnivač nagrađivanog studija za dizajn, branding, fotografiju i kreativno vodstvo — Studio Senzacija.

Diplomirao je industrijski dizajn na Sveučilištu u Zagrebu, Arhitektonski fakultet, Odsjek za Studij dizajna, gdje je bio demonstrator na kolegijima fotografije i filma te dobitnik Rektorove nagrade. Završio je tečaj za analognu fotografiju na International Center of Photography u New Yorku.

Karijera Karla Jelića obilježena je brojnim suradnjama, samostalnim i grupnim izložbama, a važno je spomenuti i rad na konceptualnom brendu Mojati. Neki od dosadašnjih klijenata uključuju Croatia osiguranje, Ledo, Antique, Joop, HNS, Pelegrini i druge.
