Music from the 1970s and 1980s inspired the atmosphere, creating a time-travel feeling, guided by the slogan 'sunshine, moonlight, good times' from the song 'Blame It on the Boogie.'
Boogie Lab, an artisan bakery, bistro, and bar, opened its first location at 26th Kneza Borne Street, within the Park Kneževa.
The concept of the space is a fusion of food and music through three daily intervals, guided by the slogan 'sunshine, moonlight, good times' from the song 'Blame It on the Boogie.' Music from the 1970s and 1980s inspired the atmosphere, creating a time-travel feeling. The longitudinal space features a bar and sales area on one side, while the opposite side houses the kitchen, highlighted by glass arches. The central part connects everything, forming a logical design unit.
On the foundations of a vinyl record factory, the space is decorated with specific design elements such as acoustic panels, custom tiles, and various wooden and textile structures, carefully chosen to function in both day and night scenarios. Carefully selected furniture and various seating options create comfort and a unique dynamic within the space. Lighting plays a crucial role in creating a cozy atmosphere, transforming the space from a bakery to a bar.
The second Boogie Lab location is in Arena Centar, retaining the core design of the first venue but with additional features and design solutions. The product preparation area at the entrance resembles a large jukebox while the central part of the space, with a disco ball and a circular table with herbs, impacts the visual and olfactory system of visitors.
