The game TimeTraverse provides an experience of participating in key historical events.

Project

Imagine a world where history is not just a collection of dates and events, but a vivid tapestry of political maneuvers, wartime conflicts, and social transformations. Welcome to TimeTraverse, a revolutionary metaverse-based game that transforms the study of history by immersing students in the causal dynamics of politics, wars, and society. Traditional teaching methods often leave students disengaged, struggling with memorizing facts without understanding their significance. This game changes that by turning history into an interactive time-travel adventure.

In TimeTraverse, users create personalized avatars to journey through key historical periods, participate in significant political decisions, major wars, and their social impacts. This approach allows students to understand how political maneuvers led to wars and how these conflicts shaped societies.

Key features include multiplayer historical reconstructions, virtual study groups, historical tasks based on real events, dynamic NPC behavior, and an achievement system with leaderboards. It also offers customizable content for teachers, progress tracking, and detailed reporting, making it an effective tool in the classroom. By combining education and entertainment, TimeTraverse makes learning about history engaging and meaningful.
