The Faculty of Graphic Arts of the University of Zagreb is proud to present the exhibition "Design and Technology in the service of the new visual identity of the Faculty of Graphic Arts" as part of Zagreb Design Week. This exhibition celebrates students' creativity, effort, and innovation through their work on various courses that led to the creation of these works.
The students, under the guidance of their mentors, worked diligently on this project, using the knowledge acquired in numerous courses such as Typography, Graphic Design, Multimedia, and Interactive Technologies. Every work, from the first sketches to the final solutions, is the result of joint effort and passion for design. Visitors have the opportunity to see diverse projects that show how students developed their ideas through practical tasks and turned them into reality. Interactive installations and multimedia presentations will enable a deeper understanding of the process of designing and implementing a new visual identity.
The exhibition also highlights the interdisciplinary approach in education at the Faculty of Graphic Arts, where design and technology intertwine to create innovative solutions. Each student contributes unique talent and skills, thereby enriching the joint project and creating a distinctive identity of the faculty.
We invite all design lovers, students, professors, and the general public to visit this exhibition and discover the works of our talented students. Join us in celebrating design and technology and supporting young creatives who will shape the future of visual communications.

Levels of structure is project in which the three steps of stylisation show a combination of motifs of different characters that share the same visual language. The combination of motifs is formed through different levels of structuring while retaining the style and message.
The aim of work Pencil as a visual motif was to visually connect the symbol of creativity and creation (pencil motif) with the symbol of unrestrainedness and dynamism (motorcycle motif) and to develop their connection through three stages of stylisation.
