The workshop "The Art of Decision Making" is a unique experience at the intersection of art, storytelling, and mindfulness. It is based on Antonija’s collection "The Decision Makers" and the idea that our lives are a series of decisions we make every day. Each artwork from "The Decision Makers" collection can be displayed in two directions – A or B – and the choice is left to the person hanging it on the wall. There is no right or wrong way to hang it, just as there is no right or wrong decision in life, only A or B. This concept reflects how we should make decisions in life, but people often get entangled in the search for the “right” decision, fearing above all making the “wrong” one. Yet, there are no right or wrong decisions, only A or B – each leading us down one path, while the other takes us on a different one.

The goal of the workshop is to visualize the decision-making process and break the fear of making decisions. It’s all a matter of perception.

The participants of the workshop gather around a table with a “coloring bar” in the center (pencils, markers, paper, scissors, etc.), and throughout the process of creating their own "Decision Maker," they are guided by intuition. Each participant receives the silhouette of the same "Decision Maker" character. The first step is to choose its orientation, then decide which medium to use to design the surface, which colors to pick, etc. With each new step, participants are reminded that they are making a decision and that there are no wrong or right choices. At the end of the workshop, each participant will have a unique "Decision Maker" artwork, even though they all started with the same silhouette – a reminder that we shape our lives through the decisions we make.
