Virago is a Croatian fashion brand founded in late 2021 as a symbol of resilience and inner strength. While the term "Virago" was historically used to degrade strong women who possessed traditionally masculine traits, today it represents strong and confident women of high standards. From its limiting meaning to today’s symbol of freedom, longevity, and resilience, this concept inspires the brand.Â
Virago specializes in producing premium clothing and fashion accessories, with its signature piece being a ring scarf, available in various silhouettes, colours, patterns, and materials. All products are made in Europe, mostly in Portugal, while production in Zagreb will soon begin. At the Zagreb Design Week, Virago will premiere several pieces from its upcoming collection. Visitors will have a unique opportunity to see, feel, and try them on exclusively.
Virago at Zagreb Design Week presents pieces from its second collection, titled "Coming Undone." This collection includes seven exclusive pieces: a dress, a jumpsuit, a sweater, a shirt, trousers, a t-shirt, and a signature scarf with a ring. Additionally, Virago will premiere several pieces from its upcoming autumn collection. This collection includes a t-shirt, a hoodie, and a scarf with a ring.
