The future of design
The ZGDW Universities and Schools Exhibition was launched in 2014 with the aim of promoting Croatian design, emerging creatives, and educational programmes in the field of design. The exhibition brings together universities and schools whose programmes train future designers, presenting in one place the diversity of approaches, methodologies and styles developing within the educational system.
For students, taking part in Zagreb Design Week is a valuable experience of presenting their work to the public outside the classroom. The exhibition gives them visibility before a wider audience, the professional community, potential collaborators, and future employers.
We believe that these encounters between education, the profession, and the public create a stimulating environment for the development of new generations of designers, and contribute to the long-term strengthening of the Croatian design scene.

Before filling in the application form, please prepare a short text of up to 1,500 characters (including spaces) introducing your faculty or school, in English. The text may also represent your study programme or department. A further text of up to 1,500 characters should describe your project or exhibition in English. Please also attach up to 5 images, each no larger than 5 MB.
You may complete the application form over multiple sessions within a 10-day period. Simply open the same link on the same computer and browser – the form will recognise your previous entries and allow you to continue or amend your responses.
