TTO Thermotechnik, one of Europe’s leading OEM manufacturers of heating manifold systems, entered a new development phase focused on software solutions and patented technologies. The rebrand aimed to bridge the company’s engineering legacy with its future-facing strategy, including the acquisition of German company Strasshofer.
The new visual identity pays homage to the original logo, designed by the company’s owner, while reinterpreting it with modern lines and strong graphic details. Inspiration came from the nearby Rječina River, representing both location and water, the essential medium of TTO’s systems.
The design features simplified lines symbolizing the network of manifolds and heating-cooling systems. The typography refines the precise angles from the original logo, while the double “T” acts as a visual metaphor for the company’s core product, the manifold.
The blue brand color was preserved and expanded with four additional hues to symbolize water flow. For the Strasshofer division, the recognizable red was retained and integrated using the same visual logic. Together, the identity unifies the themes of water, heating, and cooling through a bold visual contrast between warm and cool tones.
The identity system was further extended across internal sectors: InvenTTOrs (technology), CreaTTOrs (production), DistribuTTOrs (sales), and MenTTOrs (career development). Each division features tailored messaging and visuals, all brought together under the slogan: The flow of future technology.
