The Equality Without Excuses campaign was implemented as part of the Reconciling Private and Business Life project. A logo was designed for the project, combining business and private life through the symbols of a paper clip and a house.
The campaign aimed to draw attention to the issue of the unequal division of household chores, where most of the burden still falls on women. Men often avoid everyday chores, giving excuses such as: „I never learned to do that.“, „I don't have that habit.“, „I'm better at other things.“, „It's not for me.“, „Tell me what to do and I'll do it.“
From this insight, the Instructions for Beginners were created , a series of simple guides with the slogan „If you don't know how, learn. Let's divide the chores in the house.“ Using an ironic tone, the campaign highlights gender inequality and men’s lack of involvement. It includes videos, posters, and social media posts with practical tips for everyday tasks like dusting, cooking, cleaning, and mental chores such as school communication and shopping planning.
