Vert is an independent print magazine published quarterly, covering topics related to botany, horticulture, and sustainable living. Each issue is aligned with the season, which is reflected in its visual identity. The cover of every issue features illustrations of specially selected seasonal plants, with an accompanying color palette tailored to the atmosphere of that particular time of year. The layout uses a combination of primarily serif typefaces to create functional hierarchy and readability. The main text is left-aligned with no hyphenation, ensuring a pleasant reading experience and a visual connection to the concept of organic plant growth. The overall design supports a clear, focused, and coherent visual narrative in line with the magazine’s thematic focus.
