Three successful tech companies under the BOSQAR INVEST group, Bulb Technologies, Geomant, and Buzzeasy, collaborated to create GRAIA, an Agentic CCaaS and GenAI platform.
GRAIA’s visual identity was conceived as an extension of the brand’s strategic direction, balancing technological sophistication with human empathy. The name GRAIA derives from the Croatian word graja (meaning chatter), symbolizing a multitude of voices and the collective intelligence behind the platform. The design approach emphasized clarity, inclusivity, and emotional resonance.
The logo features an arrow representing growth, direction, and focus: core ideas of the brand. Typography combines geometric precision with rounded shapes to communicate both professionalism and accessibility. The color palette includes blue for trust and expertise, red for energy and boldness, and white for clarity and transparency. The visual system ensures coherence across brand touchpoints, such as digital interfaces, presentations, and marketing materials.
The slogan “Growth through AI Empathy” is embedded in the visual narrative, underscoring the brand’s core belief: advanced technology should serve real human needs. Through design, GRAIA affirms its mission to empower people through AI, rather than replace them.
