Rebranding and Visual Identity Redesign for CROZ

Project

CROZ is a Croatian-German biz-tech consulting company supporting organizations of all sizes and complexities in creating new value through service strategy and design, software engineering, and operational support. The redesigned visual identity was developed as a modular system reflecting flexibility and ongoing evolution. At its core is the letter “O”, used as a variable graphic element, a symbol of change and adaptability. Its form changes within a stable circular frame, offering endless expressive possibilities. A custom CROZ typeface was created, featuring eight variations of the “O” character, allowing for cohesive yet playful visual communication. Motion graphics, GIFs, and animations are central to the digital identity, reinforcing its contemporary character. The new color palette, cyan, blue, yellow, and green, symbolizes energy, reliability, clarity, and innovation. This is not decoration, it’s a strategic design tool that communicates CROZ’s culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous transformation. The flexible “O” becomes a visual metaphor for their philosophy: change is not an exception, it’s a constant.
