The aim of the visual identity was to emphasize the local character, highlighting that “S placa” is a sustainable producer selling spices grown exclusively in the Croatian Prigorje region at the market. The project supports a zero-waste approach and sustainability by avoiding plastic and choosing recycled paper for packaging and promotional materials.
The brand identity reflects natural, local, and traditional values, drawing its main inspiration from traditional Prigorje embroidery, directly connecting the brand to the region where the spices are grown. Along with the logotype, the spices in the product series are shaped to imitate the distinctive Prigorje embroidery while retaining their naturally recognizable forms. Through the association with handcraft, the story of locally grown spices is directly communicated.
