Once divided between a carpenter’s workshop and a residential zone, this single-story house has been transformed into a cohesive, flowing home adapted to contemporary living. The renovation focused on reconnecting and reimagining spaces to maximize volume, light, and material quality.

Spatial Organization
The ground floor serves as the heart of the home—a unified space that merges the living room, kitchen, and a double-height dining area. The focal point is an oversized spherical lamp that floats above the dining table, serving both as lighting and architectural statement. Expansive glazing dissolves the boundary between interior and garden, opening the space to natural surroundings.

More private areas—bedrooms and bathroom—are located discreetly in the rear section. The previously unused attic, lacking insulation and daylight, has been transformed into a spacious work zone and a play nook, designed to accommodate multiple uses.
