Maze of Wrong Decisions is an art installation that explores the theme of addiction and its devastating effects. Through a powerful visual and spatial experience, it reveals the harsh reality of living with addiction, emphasizing emotional impact and visitor reflection.
The aim is to raise awareness—especially among young people—about the real consequences of addictive behavior, while promoting discussion, empathy, and prevention. The project collaborates with high schools and universities through group visits, educational content, and workshops. It is free and open to parents, teachers, and professionals working with youth.
In partnership with city institutions, easily accessible and visible locations are selected. The traveling format allows the installation to appear in multiple Croatian cities.
The experience is structured as a labyrinth made of separate rooms: digital addictions (phones, streaming, cryptocurrencies), chemical (alcohol, cigarettes, drugs), emotional and interpersonal (relationships, approval, control), and behavioral (gambling, food, video games). At the end of the labyrinth, visitors arrive at the Confession Room, where they can anonymously share their own experiences or read others’, gaining a deeper understanding of this complex issue.
