Nordeus is a global company and part of the Take-Two and Zynga group, founded in 2010 and known for developing games that bring millions of people together. As this was the fourth collaboration between Antipod and Nordeus, the challenge was how to refresh the workspace, introduce new ideas, and preserve the company's distinctive identity.
The 500 m² office, located in the Green Heart business complex in New Belgrade, was redesigned to reflect the team’s evolving needs. After six years, Nordeus decided to re-explore the space’s potential. Alongside the project brief, Antipod organized a full-day Research and Design workshop, and the insights gained helped shape a workspace that is now actively used and truly lived in.
Design inspiration came from the jungle, the garage, play, and home—translated into themes of adventure, humour, warmth, and agility. The layout does not follow a strict linear logic but flows in waves that match the rhythm of everyday work. The space is divided into three zones—quiet, moderate, and loud—which transition organically into one another.
At the heart of the office is a multifunctional cobalt blue steel structure, encouraging exploration and personalization. The material palette combines natural tones with technical details, reflecting both Nordeus’s past and future. Magnetic wall panels allow employees to leave their mark.
The space is purposefully ambiguous—simultaneously functional and comfortable, open and personal—mirroring the spirit of the team. The design does not prescribe behaviour; it listens, adapts, and supports it.
Antipod studio is an architecture and design practice founded in 2007 in Belgrade. Its mission is to create consistent and immersive design that brings a specific atmosphere and evokes strong emotional responses.
Originally focused on interiors, furniture and product design, the studio gradually expanded its activities. One of its key milestones was the creation of the Research and Design unit, which is based on deep user research and understanding, ensuring that the final outcome exceeds expectations and reaches its full potential.
Antipod aims to create spaces in harmony with people—adapted to their lives, work, and rest. The studio sees design not merely as aesthetics but as experience. The team includes founders Branko Nikolić, Milan Stefanović, and Petar Savić, alongside Ksenija Radulović, Nikola Stojković, Nataša Mihajlović, Aleksandra Dražić, Dragana Petkov, and Milja Rabrenović. The studio has received several awards in Serbia and across the region.
