Jelena Fogec was born in Rijeka and has been living and working in Zagreb since 2011. She draws inspiration for her work from different periods of her life, as well as from everyday moments, people, and events. She shares a deep and unbreakable connection with the sea — a place where she grew up and to which she always returns, even through the jewelry she creates by hand.
Her journey of expressing herself through metals began in 2022, when she transitioned from the field of social and human sciences into the world of creative entrepreneurship. Working with her hands has allowed her to fully realize herself, both creatively and personally.
Constantly learning and improving, she explores new techniques and possibilities, continually setting new goals and challenges in her work. She moves through this process with patience and confidence, guided by her passion for the craft and a love for fresh ideas.
The name and visual identity of the brand form a cohesive whole that embodies a blend of emotions, inspirations, ideas, and the creator’s unique perspective on the world. The collections she designs and crafts are deeply connected to the Mediterranean — to the sea, meaningful moments, and the thoughts that guide her creative process. Her pieces are made from brass, silver, copper, and powerful, beautiful crystals and semi-precious stones.
Recent collections are inspired by significant life events and the inner strength of women, while the sea and Mediterranean motifs remain constant in her earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces, and brooches. Mediterranean nature and architecture frequently serve as sources of inspiration for new creations.
Each piece of jewelry — whether adorned with crystals or part of her minimalist and textured lines — is entirely handcrafted, telling its own story and infused with a distinct energy.
