Welcome to RIT Croatia, a global campus of the prominent American university, Rochester Institute of Technology. As pioneers of private higher education in Croatia, we have been delivering RIT’s programs in this part of Europe since 1997. We are a diverse and engaged community of students, alumni, faculty, and staff that is built on collaboration, partnership, friendship, and respect. Through top-quality career-oriented American education, unique opportunities offered by a truly global university, a comprehensive student support system, and qualified, caring faculty and administration, we create an environment that helps our students become the best versions of themselves and take on the challenges of a modern workplace. Our commitment to building a better tomorrow is to be the best at what we do best - guiding and preparing future global leaders.
Fragments of Reality In a world where individual perspectives constantly intertwine, this exhibition dives into a mosaic of Shared Realities. The theme of Zagreb Design Week 2025 invites us to explore the complexity of perception — how each person creates and experiences their own unique reality and how these realities overlap and shape our collective experience. Our approach highlights the fluidity and layered nature of reality, visually expressed through the metaphor of threads that connect, unravel, and reconnect. Through a carefully curated display, students investigate and present their own visual interpretations of this concept. Each piece acts as a window into a personal perception, reflecting different perspectives on life, technology, and escapism. Connecting the works within the space creates a network where visitors can discover pieces of their own experiences, inspiring dialogue on how individual perspectives come together in a wider, shared narrative. The exhibition aims to create an environment for exchanging ideas and questioning how design connects individual realities into one collective story about the future. Through their fresh perspectives, young authors open up new spaces for Shared Realities, expand their boundaries, and invite visitors to step into this interconnected web.
