The book “Stories of frozen numbers” by Ivan Srša deals with the research of the influence of the quadrivium (arithmetic, music, geometry and astronomy) on the architecture of the seven holy sacraments in mediaeval buildings in Croatia. Through 344 pages, the topic is presented linguistically and through hundreds of illustrations, photographs and tabular data.
