Visual identity DULJE (DUbrovački LJEtnikovci) is designed to present several old Dubrovnik Villas under the same brand identity. This Villas are a very important cultural heritage and are in the process of revitalization, and getting new functions to become museums, interpretation centres and places for gathering local communities. The logo is inspired by heraldry and Dubrovnik tradition. It subtly evokes symbols associated with the specific Villas of Dubrovnik: stairs, architecture, leaves, nature… Geometric shape of the logo gives a contemporary look to the whole image, and an impression of elegance is achieved with thin lines. This identity perfectly fits with traditional architecture. The colours are inspired by the specific atmosphere these summer residences had. Overall visual identity system is unified because of the better brand recognition. And for each Dubrovnik Villa their own old local names were used in the logo.
