Grpašćak Interpretation Center is located in a former military fortress within Telašćica Nature Park. The main topic of the Center is the interpretation of the flora and fauna of Dugi Otok. In the Centre, a visitor can also find out more about material and intangible cultural heritage, such as the fishing tradition of Dugi Otok and its historical sites. As the central exhibition’s name — “Between the Two Blues” — signifies, the visual identity and scenography of the space gradually lead a visitor from the bottom of the sea to the sky above. There a visitor can get to know the charms, richness, and importance of the surrounding nature through an interactive experience.
