All stages of production take place in the family owned company ANIMO d.o.o. founded in 1994 in Valjevo, Serbia. After almost thirty years of constant growth, ANIMO today represents a modern company that employs over 80 workers with modern production facilities. In 2018, the experienced production team was joined by the talented AM Studio creative team (Anica Andrić, Milan Karišik), and in that synergy of tradition and innovation, engineering excellence and creativity, GARDA was born - an elegant, luxurious and reliable guardian of your comfort in moments of outdoor relaxation.

The GARDA product range, which consists of garden chairs and tables, sofas, armchairs, lounge chairs, benches and various garden accessories and decorative elements, in a wide range of colors and with numerous possibilities of combination, offers solutions for the most demanding outdoor and even indoor spaces. Regardless of whether it is a pool, a garden, a coffee bar or a restaurant terrace, each Garda collection is easy to fit in and gives character to any environment. The modular design of GARDA furniture, in addition to easy combining, also offers more options for storing furniture. Learning from famous Italian design masters, but nurturing their own originality, our creative team presented their vision of beauty through simple lines, vibrant colors and shapes that have comfort and functionality as an imperative. The creative force of the GARDA brand consists of award-winning designers Anica Andrić and Milan Karišik, whose dream has always been to launch their own line of designed furniture. Part of their professional education is divided into two phases. The first relates to Bachelor level of studies at the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade, at the Department of Interior and Furniture Design, while the second is related to master's studies at the prestigious universities Politecnico di Milano in Italy and Bauhaus in Germany. After completing their studies, both gained valuable experience working with renowned and world-famous designers such as Andrea Branzi, Luca Nichetto and Luca Scacchetti. An adventure and a real turning point in their careers occurred in 2018, when, after teaming up with the ANIMO company, the GARDA brand of outdoor products was born, the identity and design of which is signed by this young creative couple. In addition to a creative, artistic approach to design, this tandem creates each piece of furniture studiously and expertly. Functional design, reflected in practicality, comfort, adaptability and quality, are inseparable from their refined taste and aesthetics. Their commitment and talent, from the very beginning, were recognized on the international and local level, which was confirmed by numerous prestigious design awards.
