Brainstorm is a software company specializing in the use of artificial intelligence for businesses. One of their main creations is Aimy, an AI-based app centered on the hospitality industry. Essentially, Aimy acts as a smart hotel system. It recognizes the interests and wishes of each guest, which in turn gives staff instructions on how to accommodate guests to their full enjoyment.In collaboration with NIVAS, Studio Sudar designed the visual identity for both Brainstorm and Aimy. Beginning with the former, we created a logo inspired by the flow of artificial neural networks.
These networks mirror human brain activity, allowing computers to solve complex problems in the fields of AI, machine learning and deep learning.
In essence, it’s a human and computer working as one, and we wanted the logo to reflect that. We chose Gelion and Gellix for identity’s main typefaces. Their definitive, geometric style matches the look and feel of the logotype astutely. We applied these same principles when designing Aimy’s identity, making use of a similar geometric approach. Both identities use soft yet striking color palettes that reflect ideas of innovation and intelligence.
