Podravski hige, led by the idea that the community likes to integrate segments of various cultures into its own, interprets the non-material heritage of the Podravina area to empower and promote the way of life of Podravina inhabitants, based on simple values: community, nature and tradition. That’s how you accomplish hige – overall well-being and life content. Besides that, it offers a frame for adopting the culture of Podravina from your home: the book tells you how to achieve hige, Podravina first-aid kit and Contemporary masonry (zidnjaci) help you create the authentic Podravina atmosphere.
Martina Petric was born in 1994 in Koprivnica. In 2020, she graduated in Visual Communication at the School of Design, Faculty of Architecture. During her studies, she gained work experience in the agencies Imago Ogilvy and Beton design agency, and currently works as a junior designer in the agency Señor. She has exhibited in several group exhibitions: D-Day, Da Festival, Bernardo Bernardi Gallery and in the School of Design Gallery.
